I. Treasurer’s Report

II. Updating language of rules regarding power-matching debate events (submitted by Timber Creek and LHPS): The language of our constitution needs to be clearer, specifically By-Laws 14 and 28, which deal with power pairing. In addition, we need to include “flip for all rounds” in PF as we adopted the PF NFL rules.

III. Allowing low point wins in debate (submitted by LMPs).

IV. Clarifying voting rights of schools with multiple memberships such as both a high school and middle school membership (submitted by Trinity and Legacy).

V. Adding “5^th round” workshops in the time between the end of round 4 and awards (submitted by LHPS).

VI. Offering novice only tournaments (submitted by Timber Creek and Smith Prep).

VII. Increasing term limits for executive board to three years (submitted by Timber Creek and LHPS).

VIII. Adopting the modest novice LD proposal (submitted by Timber Creek).

IX. Allowing 6 students per division when we have more than one division in an event (submitted by Lake Highland).
