2003 Script Review - See Constitution for Guidelines (Congress has separate guidelines. See below.)
Note that the invitation specifies that the deadline for entry is Wed., March 12th. Given the short notice, we realize that deadline is a bit unreasonable. Thus, please note the following options:
1. Your entry packet, along with all scripts/Congress bills for Script Review, needs to be at Trinity Prep by 4:00 pm on Friday, March 21st. If you wait until just before the deadline to mail in your entry, send it by overnight mail to ensure that it reaches us by the deadline.
2. You may bring your entry to Script Review at Trinity on Sunday, March 23rd. If you exercise this option, you need to be at the meeting by 10:00 am. We will begin promptly at 10:00 am and will not be able to take entries after that. Also, the $50 late penalty for bringing an entry to Script Review will be waived this year because of the tight deadlines.
3. Fees are normally due with the entry packet. However, we realize that many of you have bookkeepers with stringent requirements for getting a check. Therefore, we will extend the deadline to pay for Grand Finals to Wednesday, March 26th. Checks must be at Trinity Prep on that date, NOT in the mail. If you do not get the check from your bookkeeper until the week of the tournament, please make sure that you send the check to us by overnight mail.
