Original Oratory is a speech event where students write and perform a memorized ten minute presentation. Oratories are often about social problems or issues in today's world, but can be informative, persuasive, or follow other unique formats. A good oratory is interesting and engaging to the audience, and leaves the listener better informed or entertained.
